They are gooey and disgusting. They are magnificent as well. I love sitting down and watching them slowly creep around in the dirt. My son is really interested in them as well. It keeps our relationship strong when we have something in common to look at. I love watching them get all gross and dirty. They will disappear sometimes which is really sad. I guess it is okay though. Sometimes that is just what needs to happen. I love watching them creep through the mud. When it rains it is so much fun to go look at them on the sidewalks. My son and I enjoy that time together.
