I ended up getting dumped right before prom so that my original date could go with my best friend instead of me. Luckily, my best friend and I are still best friends. I am glad that I had a good friend who was willing to go with me. We went to a really nice restaurant. After that, we went to our prom. The theme was Night at the Museum. It was held in a museum too. It was actually pretty cool. It was in the hallways of the museum so we didn't go into any rooms. Although I was devastated that night, I am really glad that I still went and enjoyed myself.
