Day of Compassion

I defined the way to act compassionately very extensively before I began a day that I called a Day of Compassion. There are many different ways to describe the act of being compassionate. One may be compassionate by thinking about others throughout the day or by having sympathy for another person and acting upon that to make that person's life a bit easier. Sympathy can be described as mutual understanding of the feelings associated with a certain situation. When one feels sympathy for another person's life, that act will help them to act in a more compassionate way. I wanted to act as compassionately towards all the people around me. I wanted to help the day of every person around me. I made the goal to treat everyone with respect and less judgment. I decided to do whatever I could to make sure the people around me felt the happiness and joy that I know.
